OpenSky seeking Outreach Director and Fiscal Policy Analyst

OpenSky Policy Institute seeks an Outreach Director to deepen public awareness of our work and mission. To do this, the Outreach Director will identify and develop relationships with community organizations and key leaders, will organize and attend meetings, and will present to various groups across the state. The Outreach Director also will assist with OpenSky’s development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have exceptional interpersonal skills. We also have an opening for a Fiscal Policy Analyst.  This person will conduct research and analysis on various issues, including, but not limited to, state and local revenue systems; state and local budgets and the impact on various populations; education finance; tax and budget processes; economic security issues; trends in jobs, wages, and family income; economic and demographic trends; and economic development.
