Help our executive director and board donate more on Give to Lincoln Day!
Several of our amazing board members will join our Executive Director Renee Fry in giving matching gifts to OpenSky during Give to Lincoln Day tomorrow!
Give to Lincoln is a 24-hour opportunity to support Lincoln nonprofit organizations like OpenSky. A gift to OpenSky through our Give to Lincoln Day campaign website will have added impact because we will receive a proportional share of a $300,000 match fund provided by the Lincoln Community Foundation and other sponsors.
Last year, we raised almost $20,000 during Give to Lincoln Day, and this year we look to surpass that mark! You can help us by donating and help us even more by making your gift tomorrow during one of the times listed below. The people listed after the times will match gifts made to OpenSky in those time slots.
- 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. — Board president Dick Campbell
- 10 a.m. to noon — Board treasurer David Spinar and his wife, Anne Perlman
- Noon to 2 p.m. — Board member John Harms
- 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. — Board secretary Doug German
- 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. — Executive Director Renee Fry
- 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. — Board member Annette Smith
For those who don’t want to wait until tomorrow to donate to OpenSky, you can make secured pledges on our Give to Lincoln Day campaign website now that will go toward our proportional share of the $300,000 Lincoln Community Foundation match fund.
Our board member Annette Smith also will match gifts we receive between now and midnight.
