Nebraska Is No. 4 In state competitiveness study

Nebraska is No. 4 in the 2014 “State Competitiveness Index” compiled by Suffolk University’s Beacon Hill Institute in Boston. The report measures the long-term competitiveness of all 50 states, taking into account 46 indicators in eight sub-indexes. Nebraska trailed only Massachusetts (No. 1), North Dakota (2) and New Hampshire (3) in this year’s index.
