Omaha World-Herald on Dec. 10 — Property taxes paid by Nebraskans 2-3 times higher than those in nearby states
LINCOLN — Property taxes paid by Nebraska farmers and ranchers are two to three times higher than those paid by their counterparts in Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas, a panel of state lawmakers were told Tuesday.
