LR 261 — an interim study of Nebraska’s tax code will be the focus of a Revenue Committee hearing today. The hearing starts at 9:30 a.m. in the State Capitol, Room 1524.

Also today, the Education Committee will hold hearings on LR 180 and LR 182. LR 180 is an interim study examining the identification of at-risk and economically disadvantaged students as a qualification factor for state-funded, education-related programs. LR 182 is an interim study to examine the school enrollment options available to students. These hearings will start at 1:30 p.m. in the State Capitol, Room 1525.
