Public invited to NAM budget forums in Lincoln, Grand Island and Omaha

OpenSky Policy Institute will discuss the state tax and budget debate at upcoming forums in Lincoln, Grand Island and Omaha. The forums are sponsored by the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM) and open to the public.

At the forums, OpenSky will discuss what is happening in our state fiscal debate, including the most recent discussions around efforts to lower property taxes and fund our state’s schools. OpenSky will help attendees understand what the tax and budget debate means for our state and for Nebraska’s nonprofits. The forums will be held:

  • Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 9:30 a.m. at Nebraska Educational Television (1800 N. 33rd St.) in Lincoln. (RSVP here.)
