- A full New American Economy report on immigration and Nebraska’s workforce.
- Results from 2015 and 2017 Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce surveys of young professionals that showed many African American young professionals do not find Omaha to be a welcoming city and recommendations the Chamber has developed to help address this issue.
- A CNN story on Oklahoma’s teacher strikes, which was shown ahead of the discussion about teacher strikes that have taken place across the country.
- The 2017 State of Nebraska Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, which Legislative Fiscal Analyst Mike Calvert referenced during the panel discussion about the state budget. (Reports for prior years can be accessed here.)
- Links to reports from the Legislature’s Performance Audit Committee, which include reports on Nebraska’s business incentives. The business incentive reports were referenced by Sen. Dan Watermeier during the panel on the state budget.
